We are meeting at the Elm Tree pub in Elmers End. This is an Irish pub and is between Elmers End Green and Elmers End tram stop/South-Eastern railway station. Parking is free in the nearby side-streets and in the pub car-park. There are quite a few bus routes in the local vicinity. Most members will be eating here tonight and the meal prices and menu are typical for this type of pub.
Look for the IVC name on one of the tables. We usually try to sit towards the back of the pub on the right hand side, in the restaurant area.

Some of the Beckenham & Bromley MYN group participate in a monthly Investment Club where we each contribute a virtual £25 to invest in UK equities. The meetings are normally held on the second Thursday of the month. The Investment Club has been running for just under 25 years, but we always welcome new or potential members. Prospective members are given up to three months to decide whether to join as active members.
The choice of which virtual shares to buy, or to sell, is decided by those particpating in tonight's meeting in a majority decision.. The meeting gives everyone a chance to discuss the stock market, the economy or anything else which members have noted could effect the various share prices.
Contact Roland in advance, preferably by e-mail on the day before, so that he can send you a link to click on at the start of the meeting.
